Beginning July 1, 2025, employers must pay all employees who work in San Francisco (including temporary and part-time employees) at least  $19.18 per hour. This minimum wage requirement applies to employees who work at least two (2) hours per week. Exceptions may apply as outlined in the San Francisco Minimum Wage Ordinance and the California Labor Code.
