Effective January 1, 2025, the City of Renton's minimum wage is set at $20.90 for large employers (more than 500 employees worldwide and certain franchises) and $19.90 for mid-size employers (at least 15 but no more than 500 employees worldwide or over $2 million of annual gross revenue in Renton).
