As of January 1, 2026, employers who are subject to the City of Burlingame Business License Tax or maintain a facility in the City of Burlingame must pay all employees who work two (2) or more hours per week in the City of Burlingame at least $17.86 per hour. This includes adults, minors, temporary employees, and part-time employees.
