Section 10-45.030 – Minimum Wages – provides that effective July 1, 2020, Employers with 26 or more Employees shall pay them a wage of no less than $15 per hour, and Employers with 25 or fewer Employees shall pay them $14 per hour. Effective January 1, 2021, Employers with 25 or fewer Employees shall pay them $15 per hour. On January 1, 2021, and annually thereafter, the minimum wage all Employers must pay will be adjusted by a CPI index. Effective January 1, 2026 minimum wage is $18.21 an hour.
