• If you are within the 30-day window from your start date, you can make changes to your benefit elections by logging into Employee Navigator.
• If you are outside your 30-day window or your benefits are already active, you must wait until the wait until the next annual open enrollment period to make changes to your benefits.

The only exception is if you experience a qualifying life even such as marriage, divorce loss or coverage, birth or adoption of a child, etc.
