- Benefits are offered to full-time employees of Procom who work an average of at least 30 hours per week.
- Contractors should receive an email from the Benefits Administrator with a benefits summary containing all options available through Procom, along with instructions on how to submit benefit elections in Employee Navigator.
- Employees have 30 days following their start date to submit benefit elections.
- All employees must satisfy a waiting period which cannot be waived. Benefits are effective the first of the month following a one-month waiting period from start date. For example, if you start on March 25th, the one month waiting period ends on April 25th and benefits are effective May 1st.
