• Report injuries or hazards without retaliation

• Get training on job hazards and chemicals

• Request an OSHA inspection (confidential)

• Participate in inspections and speak with OSHA

• See OSHA citations and injury/illness records

• Request your medical and exposure records

• File a complaint within 30 days if retaliated against

Employers must:

• Provide a safe, hazard-free workplace

• Comply with OSHA standards

• Not retaliate against workers for reporting issues

• Report serious incidents to OSHA within required timeframes: Notify OSHA within 8 hours of a workplace fatality or within 24 hours of any work-related inpatient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye.

• Train employees in a language they understand

• Post this notice and any OSHA citations clearly
